I am a registered nurse, healing arts practitioner and teacher and have been working with children and adults for over twenty years, specializing in the causes and effects of stress on the brain and body.
Our goals together can be to:
1. Increase your awareness of your stress triggers and responses
2. Gain understanding of your responses to the triggers
3. Learn to use specific techniques to relieve the stress of the triggers and the response patterns
4. Adopt a different response pattern as you build stress resilience.​​​
​My approach with you can focus on general stress relief and/or we can focus more precisely on how your stressors are impacting your emotions, brain performance, perspectives, and life choices.
The ultimate goal is for you to be empowered to manage whatever challenge or stress may come your way.
