Nancy was certified in Hypnotherapy in 2003 and opened her first office in Richmond Virginia, called One Point Focus. She currently integrates hypnotherapy into her practice when needed.

Nancy's specialty is relieving the stress of past traumatic events using a technique called Holographic Memory Resolution (HMR) created by Brent Baum.

"HMR is a client-centered, body-centered non-traumatizing approach which resolves "frozen" feelings held in the bodymind. Understanding the human body to be a system of coordinated energy patterns that are in continual motion, Brent views disease as resulting from inhibitions in the flow of energy.
