Nancy and Robert Evans lived full and successful lives before they discovered their strong soul connection that brought them together. Married in 2006, they've had many wonderful adventures along with some challenges and opportunities for growth along the way! Their support and love for each other has sustained and inspired them to continue their soul-full journey path of service.

Blending their unique gifts and talents, in the past five years, they have created Open Pathways to Learning, Open Pathways Integrated Wellness and Learning Center, and  Fort Collins CommUnity Acupuncture Clinic, each with the goal of helping people achieve greater health and life success. They have hosted numerous community wellness events, international healing arts teachers in Fort Collins and Denver, and taught many personal growth and spiritual classes together.

Nancy is a registered nurse, having worked in Virginia in traditional settings in hospitals and ambulatory care for 20 years before moving to Colorado in 2004. She was certified in Crossinology Brain Integration Technique in 2006 and with Robert launched Open Pathways to Learning. She quickly built and sustained a busy practice serving children and adults with learning disorders. Nancy has continued to explore the healing arts, continuing her education, and recently has created Integrated Acupressure, a unique modality, accessible to beginners who want to learn healing arts, which addresses a large number of health and wellness issues. 

Robert is a long time community builder and businessman. He has served on numerous nonprofit, governmental and business advisory boards related to health and human services and education reform. His passion is forging multi-institutional (for-profit and nonprofit) collaborations that empower communities to achieve greater sustainable success. Robert offers private consulting and coaching services to for-profit and nonprofit organizations and executives on a variety of topics, particularly start-up strategies, operations, leadership, and strategic philanthropy based marketing. Certified in Re-evaluation Counseling, Robert has taught numerous peer-based counseling techniques and support groups. Robert manages all business and community collaboration activities for Open Pathways and Fort Collins CommUnity Acupuncture Clinic. He is the recipient of a number of awards and recognitions for his community service, including Outstanding Small Business of the Year for National Philanthropy Day through the Colorado Association of Nonprofit Organizations (CANPO).
